GOVERNMENT SALES DEPARTMENT

The Government Sales Department has been established to provide technical support to the ministries and government departments through products and maintenance services. We participate in government projects through tenders and complete the projects leaving an exemplary reference for the organizations we work with as well as for future contacts. We are dedicated to excellence and to provide assistance whenever necessary until the customer is completely satisfied with its project's operation.

We are an accredited government contractor and participate in many turn-key projects which we perform professionally.

RETAIL SALES DEPARTMENT

The Retail Sales Department was established to serve the private sector and individuals to meet their demands.

Our team of highly qualified sales engineers and sales representative are ready to discuss your requirements any time from the selection process till the delivery, test and operation.

Our standard policy is to continually upgrade our sales team through regular training coordinated by our suppliers to ensure both optimum performance and our clients’ satisfaction.

 

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT

The Maintenance Department has been established with the aim of providing approved international standards and dependable after sales service to our valued customers. Consisting of a highly qualified staff of engineers and technicians, we are capable to deliver the services at your site as well as at our premises. The workshop is located in Mina Abdullah area and occupies an area of 5000 m². Our workshop facilities are equipped with all special tools, equipment, precision measuring equipment and facilities to perform maintenance, repair, modifications and overhauling all types of heavy equipment and machinery.

We support our customers with a warehouse carrying all required spare parts. We also maintain a technical library which contains all related publications and updated amendments issued by the manufacturers.

We value our customers and intend to achieve our goal by providing you the best possible support through the maintenance of equipment, repairs, as well as hands-on training upon installation and purchase of new equipment.

SPARE PARTS DEPARTMENT

The Spare Parts Department has been established to serve our valued customers with the sole objective of providing after sale support for our equipment and to ensure availability of the genuine spare parts to maintain your machines.

We purchase the spare parts directly from the equipment manufacturers in order to cut the prices as well as ensure the procurement of original standard parts.

Our aim is to establish the highest availability standards with most parts on hand. For unavailable parts, our close links with the manufacturers, continuous exchange of information, and excellent communications ensures minimum lead time.

Our aim is to earn confidence of our valuable customers by ensuring maximum availability, providing prompt service, and saving our customers' precious time and money.
